Order procedure

 To order compounds please send your enquiry and/or purchase order to Customer Service Team: iflab@iflab.kiev.ua, indicating the following information:

• List of compounds (ID numbers and weights);
• Formatting;
• Delivery date;
• Delivery address;
• Invoice address.

Price quotations are calculated and offered on the basis of purchase order volume. Besides our regular prices there are special discounts and loyalty quotations. 
Standard terms of delivery are based on 3 working days upon placing your purchase order. For large numbers and formats of compounds delivery is to be agreed upon to best meet our customers’ requirements.
Custom synthesis shall be discussed in terms of each project to work out mutually acceptable schedule of preliminary investigation, synthesis and supply.

Payment is due within 30 days from invoice date.  Overdue payments will bear interest at the rate of 15% per annum from the payment due date.
