A greater part of our Comprehensive Collection (508 000 compounds) is presented as scaffold based libraries (based on 884 scaffolds). Their diversity characteristics were estimated by means of a Tripos software.
In addition to diversity libraries offered as I.F. Lab in-house pre-selection we can create libraries of various sizes and diversity coefficients meeting our customers’ criteria.
Belonging to the Comprehensive Collection, all the compounds from Diversity Libraries are originally presented in either ex-Stock or readily obtainable parts of the database.
Analysis of these libraries can be facilitated by downloading an Excel file or a ISISBASE .db file with the list of corresponding scaffolds. If you are interested in anyparticular scaffold you can download a corresponding db or sdf files, which contains only compounds from this particular library.
